One-Day Childbirth Class

An in-person childbirth class taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator for expectant parents and their support person. Learn about the stages of labor, birth, postpartum recovery, medical and pain-management options, comfort techniques, labor positions, breathing, relaxation, and how to advocate for what matters to your family. Includes access to Over the Moon’s Childbirth App for 18 months. Recommended for the seventh or eighth month of pregnancy. $225 per couple for 5.5 hours; save $10 with the Prenatal Bundle.
