Halloween in the Park in Nonantum

Sunday, October 25, 2026, 2:00 PM · Coletti-Magni Park & Watertown Street · Newton

Bring the costumes and trick-or-treat bags for a free neighborhood Halloween afternoon at Coletti-Magni Park. Saint Mary of Carmen Women's Society is hosting pumpkin decorating, fall crafts, music, local apple cider and sweets, with an evening pumpkin walk and trick-or-treating along Watertown Street. Community pumpkin decorating runs from 2–4:30 PM. Pumpkins and decorating supplies are free; you can also bring your own decorating gear or drop off a pumpkin carved at home during the afternoon to include in the walk. The flyer lists a candlelit jack-o'-lantern walk from 4:30–6 PM. During that same time, the organizer's announcement adds trick-or-treating on Watertown Street, where local businesses and community organizations will hand out candy. Sunday, October 25, 2–6 PM. Free and open to all ages. No advance registration is mentioned in the organizer's announcement.
