Explore an outdoor Halloween trail at Long Hill with glowing jack-o'-lanterns, a spooky graveyard, haunted pirate ship, scarecrows, and larger-than-life seasonal displays. The organizer describes the family-friendly frights as suitable for all ages. Allow about an hour for the walk; costumes are encouraged. Many pumpkins are reusable foam carvings rather than real pumpkins. Timed evening entry starts at 5:30 PM. The dated event page lists a 5:30–8:30 PM event window; choose an advance timed arrival slot and check in within 15 minutes of that slot. The regular trail is NOT wheelchair or stroller accessible. Wagons are prohibited. Expect stairs, slopes, uneven and unpaved surfaces. Accessible parking does not make the regular trail accessible. Published standard adult prices are $32 nonmember/$27 member. Children ages 3–15 cost $15 nonmember/$10 member; children 2 and under are free. Advance timed tickets are required; no tickets are sold on site. EBT/Card to Culture discounts are offered on select nights through Tickets@TheTrustees.org. Check in within 15 minutes of the booked entry time. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed or transferred across dates. Seasonal snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Restrooms are available at check-in and halfway through the route. No dogs. The historic house is closed. Rain or shine; unsafe or extreme weather cancellations are communicated by email with refund information.
