Kids Halloween Party at High Street Place

Costumes, balloons, and a little Halloween creativity fill High Street Place for this free family party. Jungle Jim starts the morning with a balloon magic show from 11 AM–noon, mixing storytelling, movement, magic, and interactive play. The show welcomes all ages and is especially suited to ages 3–9; caregivers can sit in too. A kids’ costume parade follows at noon, with trick-or-treating around the food hall stalls, balloon twisting, and crafts such as potion-making rounding out the party. The full celebration runs until 2 PM. RSVP through the organizer’s event page. Food and drink purchases are separate.
