Family Jam Making Class: Apple Butter

Learn traditional jam-making techniques with Addie Vestal in the historic 1903 Green Briar Jam Kitchen while making Apple Butter. Each family pair makes 4–6 jars to take home, and all materials are provided. Children must be at least 6 years old to enter the kitchen. The class costs $85 for members and $95 for nonmembers. Call 508-888-6870 Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to register. The class may be canceled seven days beforehand for insufficient enrollment, with a full refund.
