Kids Yoga in the Park with Miss Selena

Part of a fun 6-class fall yoga series with Miss Selena from The GreenHouse Children's Yoga Studio, designed for children ages 2-5 in the beautiful natural setting of Endicott Park. Each playful, nature-inspired class blends movement, music, imagination, and mindfulness -- simple poses, songs, movement games, calming breathing, plus bubbles, scarves, and stories. No yoga experience or mat required, and there's plenty of room for wiggles, giggles, and rest. Held outdoors, with an indoor backup spot for bad weather. $90 per child for the full 6-class series (Sep 15 & 29, Oct 13 & 27, Nov 10 & 24) -- register online.
