Give those Halloween costumes another outing at an indoor dance party for little ones and their grown-ups. Melanin in the Park and First Street Market are bringing together kid-friendly DJ music, dancing, and local Black- and Brown-owned vendors for a morning of family connection. Melanin in the Park centers representation and community for Black and Brown children and families, and families of all backgrounds are welcome. Admission is free, and costumes are welcome but optional. Children must stay with a supervising parent or caregiver. The organizer requests an RSVP to help plan attendance.
