Tuesday, October 27, 2026, 10:00 AM · Build-A-Bear Workshop, South Shore Plaza · Braintree
Visit Build-A-Bear Workshop at South Shore Plaza during its weekly sensory-friendly first hour on Tuesdays, 10–11 AM. Designed to provide a less-stimulating experience for children with autism and other special needs, the session features dimmer lighting, little to no music, and Bear Builders who adapt the experience to each guest’s comfort. All ages and siblings are welcome. The official announcement links a step-by-step guide to help families prepare. The store is on the upper level next to Primark; use Entrance 10 and the North Garage. The announcement does not specify a session fee or registration requirement and does not offer a free stuffed animal; check product prices and any booking requirements with the store at (781) 356-8400. This date follows the published weekly schedule; confirm holiday opening hours before visiting.
