Spend part of your Saturday getting to know Appleton Farms' rabbits. This short farm-learning session gives curious children and their grown-ups a chance to learn about the animals together. All ages are welcome, with the activities geared toward ages 3 and up. This listing is for the 10:00 AM–10:45 AM rabbits session. The farm also offers a separate 11–11:45 AM goat session on the same morning. The program is free and no registration is needed. Weekend parking is free for Trustees members or $10 per vehicle for nonmembers. Arrive with enough time to park and walk over: sessions start promptly. Enter from Route 1A at 219 County Road in Ipswich. At the Welcome House, bear right toward the Farmhouse and park by the white Farmhouse/Farm Offices. Head to the Carriage Barn/Garden area for the program.
