Mountain views and Austrian-inspired lodging make this Stowe resort a lovely base for a family fall escape. Set on 2,600 acres, the property offers hiking, guided tours, and seasonal outdoor activities, with Stowe's shops and local attractions nearby for a change of pace. Choose from lodge rooms and suites, then plan your days around your family's energy level: a gentle walk, a look at the property's history, or a meal at one of its restaurants. More active visitors can explore mountain biking and other seasonal options. Check the current activity calendar, age requirements, trail access, and any extra charges before booking; activities vary with the season and weather. Room rates vary by date and accommodation.
